Morocco

Najib was born in Morocco, he grew up and studied in the city of Marrakech, graduating with a BA in Economics. Since 2007 he has been working for different organizations of the Moroccan-German cooperation.

This has allowed him to gain a lot of experience in project management and process design focusing on civil society organizations. Especially in the areas of gender approach, migration, and political decentralization he was leading projects and negotiations.

He joined CRISP Crisis Simulation for Peace e. V in 2016. Since then, he has been developing and implementing different projects in different African and Francophone countries. As a mediator, facilitator, and trainer, he uses the transformation in the thematic of Civil Society Development, Civic Participation, Conflict Management.

He conducts training in conflict resolution techniques and non-formal education tools. He considers simulation games to be a powerful tool that allows the constructive exchange of experiences and opinions, with the aim of developing creative citizen initiatives. He is an accredited trainer with IM Campus.

She has been working as a dispute resolution professional for more than ten years now (since 2012), mediating, negotiating and arbitrating regionally and internationally. As a dispute resolution professional, she participated in over 200 disputes, including quite complex cases with international organizations’ participation, multi-party disputes and online mediation.
