Suhail is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, consultant, startup investor/mentor, innovation authority, TEDx speaker, and activist. Suhail’s personal mission is to make Bahrain and the world a happier place by helping people unleash their potential.

He takes particular pleasure in empowering the youth through the magic of entrepreneurship. Suhail is the founder of Falak Innovation, a values-based, purpose-driven strategy and innovation consultancy. Falak’s purpose is to build stronger economies and happier societies by unlocking business and human potential.

The Bahrain Foundation for Dialogue (BFD) is a non-profit civil organization established in 2012 with the blessing of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. BFD aims to promote a culture of dialogue and understanding among the various components of society, focusing on civil dialogue to strengthen social cohesion and build sustainable peace.

BFD places great emphasis on building individual and community responsibility by training, inspiring, and empowering community members. It encourages and enables them to lead community dialogue initiatives that help address societal issues and conflicts, aiming to find sustainable solutions that enhance mutual understanding among different groups within society.
