خوشحال هستیم، رفتار ما آرام‌تر و همراه با درک و همدلی بیشتر است و زمانی که عصبانی یا غمگین هستیم،
رفتارهای ما همراه با دوری گزیدن و انزوا و گوشه‌گیری است. این رفتارها در هنگام بروز تعارض و اختلاف،
می‌تواند بر روند درگیری تأثیر زیادی داشته باشد.
آیا با تغییر درک‌مان از درگیری و شناخت هیجانات خود می‌توانیم مسیر درگیری را تغییر دهیم و درگیری را از
جریانی تفرقه‌انگیز و منجر به فاصله گرفتن و عدم درک متقابل، به سوی رابطه‌ای صلح آمیز مبتنی بر حل مسئله
متحول سازیم؟
در این جلسه، ما هیجانات خود و منشأ آن را بهتر می‌شناسیم تا بتوانیم با تغییر درک و هیجان ناشی از آن، رفتارهای
متفاوتی را تجربه کنیم.

Miglė is a lawyer and an active state-certified mediator. She is also a scientific expert on mediation, having concentrated on comparative aspects of laws on mediation in many European jurisdictions during her PhD research and her work with the CEPEJ Working Group on Mediation.
Constantin-Adi Gavrilă received his constitutional law PhD from the University of Craiova with emphasis on “Mediation and Access to Justice” and is a well-known Romanian mediator with 20 years of experience in the field of dispute resolution.
Anat Cabili is a mediator, facilitator and attorney (admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 1998). She has been practicing mediation and facilitation since 2006 and owns a private mediation business in Israel.

Rebecca Webber Gaudiosi is an engineer, scientist, and former diplomat with expertise in environment and sustainable development policy and multilateral negotiations. She represented the United States at the United Nations from 2006 – 2015 and is the co-author of “Negotiating at the United Nations” (Routledge 2019).
Fidana Alieva is a mediation and negotiation practitioner in commercial, employment, workplace, family business and other disputes. She has been working as a dispute resolution professional for more than ten years now (since 2012), mediating, negotiating and arbitrating regionally and internationally. As a dispute resolution professional, she participated in over 200 disputes, including quite complex cases with international organizations’ participation, multi-party disputes and online mediation.
