Accredited Online Mediation Training

I was initially doubtful of using an online platform for a mediator training as I was not sure how we could practice the taught skills throughout the course in this manner. However, this was not the case at all, IMC’s international training worked so well!

Having a diverse team of participants and especially the trainers coming from every place in the world, means they have their own ideas and points of view about mediation and this gave us a really wide variety of ideas to adopt for when we become mediators in the future.

The team of trainers and program developers at IMC did a great job consolidating our team’s understanding of the dynamics of conflict and how to appropriately manage it. IMC’s mediator training was 20 weeks of constant learning! The support given to us throughout the course was highly notable and all the modules were well connected: we knew that with each module, we were building on the knowledge of the previous one in a very constructive manner.

I can’t think of one day where there wasn’t a direct clash with between IMC’s training sessions and my university classes. At the end, I skipped my university classes and instead joined the training sessions every single time because I learned so much more at IMC!
