تعارض به معنای تقابل نظرات و منافع، بخش جدایی‌ناپذیر روابط اجتماعی روزمره تلقی می‌شود. با وجود آن که
تعارض امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر و طبیعی است، نحوه مواجه شدن ما با این پدیده می‌تواند از آن موجودی مخرب یا
سازنده خلق کند. در این سمینار برآنیم که با شناخت بهتر مفهوم تعارض، چالش‌ها و روند تشدید آن، نگاه دقیق‌تری
به این مقوله پیدا کنیم تا در هنگام مواجهه با تعارض بهتر تصمیم‌گیری کنیم.

در این جلسه با یکدیگر می‌آموزیم:

● مفهوم تعارض پیست؟
● انواع تعارض‌ها کدام‌اند؟
● روند تشدید تعارض چگونه است؟
● چه روش‌هایی برای مواجهه با تعارض وجود دارد؟

Sepide Tabatabaee is a lawyer with a master's degree in human rights. She is a member of the legal community who has been concerned for peace and her concerns led her to mediation. She has been studying the principles and methods of mediation since 2018 and intends to implement mediation in Iran along with her other colleagues.
