Communication skills in mediating a conflict (Farsi)

Ineffective communication could have detrimental effects and be a source of conflicts itself,
while effective communication plays a vital role in resolving all sorts of conflicts. Thus,
communication skills are tremendously important in conflict resolution approaches such as
mediation when there is a need for dialogue and expression between parties.

In this session, we will review the importance of effective communication when facing
conflicts, while identifying the most basic communication skills required by an effective
mediator.
