انواع تعارض با دلایل مختلف دارد. مهارت‌های ارتباطی در میانجیگری به عنوان یکی از رویکردهای رفع تعارض
بسیار اهمیت دارند یعنی در جایی که نیاز به گفتگو و ابراز از سوی طرفین اختلاف است.

در این جلسه به بررسی اهمیت ارتباط موثر در مواجهه با تعارض‌ها و شناسایی مهارت‌های ارتباطی پایه مورد نیاز
برای یک میانجیگر موثر می‌پردازیم.
