CONSENSUS

CONSENSUS GmbH has a rich history of successfully executing projects that exemplify our commitment to conflict management and leadership development. Our portfolio includes various projects carried out across various industries, with nonprofit and governmental institutions, where we have consistently demonstrated our ability to foster collaboration, resolve disputes, and cultivate effective leadership.

CONSENSUS Projects

We, as CONSENSUS, were involved in different projects, such as assisting a multinational technology corporation in mitigating internal conflicts and streamlining communication among its global teams. Through our mediation and conflict resolution services, we facilitated productive dialogues and implemented conflict resolution strategies that ultimately improved the company’s overall operational efficiency.

Our team also collaborated with a leading healthcare organization to enhance its team dynamics and organizational culture. Our development programs and organizational development interventions bolstered teamwork and instilled a sense of purpose and cohesion among employees, improving patient care and customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, as CONSENSUS GmbH, we take great pride in our unique training programs that equip professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary for quality management and effective mediation. Our training initiatives have empowered countless individuals to excel and contribute positively to their organizations.

Focus on training professionals in alternative dispute resolution skills.

As we partner with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), we are excited to bring the wealth of experience from these projects to support EUIPO’s mediators. Our history of delivering tailored, effective solutions underscores our commitment to enhancing the capabilities and success of EUIPO’s team, and we look forward to achieving mutually beneficial outcomes together.

EUIPO Project

The mediators of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) recognize the significance of upholding high-quality standards in mediation. They value the importance of meeting the requirements and ensuring that their mediation practices maintain a superior level of quality. To sustain the necessary skills to carry out alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at the demanded standards, EUIPO is committed to conducting Mock Mediation trainings annually for their mediators. These trainings serve as a platform for accredited EUIPO mediators and relevant staff to enhance their knowledge of ADR methods and techniques while providing a secure and professional environment for exchanging views and experiences. By doing so, EUIPO ensures the delivery of high-quality mediation services in this crucial field. As CONSENSUS IM Campus, we have been granted the privilege to assist EUIPO in meeting these high standards by training their internal mediators through our international team of trainers during the year 2023.

Mediation is a voluntary process in which a neutral third party, the mediator, helps two or more people communicate and negotiate to reach a mutually agreeable resolution of a dispute. Mediation is often used to resolve family law disputes, such as divorce and child custody, but it can also be used to resolve other types of disputes, such as business disputes and employment disputes.

Culture is a complex concept that encompasses a wide range of beliefs, values, attitudes, and behaviors. It can influence the way people communicate, negotiate, and resolve disputes. Mediators need to be aware of the role of culture in mediation in order to be effective in helping disputants from different cultural backgrounds reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
