The webinar will give you more understanding of caucus applicability. You will learn when it is appropriate to use the caucus method and how to make the best of it. The webinar is for mediation practitioners, lawyers representing their clients in mediation, and all those who are interested in mediation.
In this session you will learn about practical aspects of initial meeting and pre-mediation, their differences and similarities. The trainer will also speak about each of these processes from perspective of their objectives and deliverables.
