Training Summary

Even though conflicts affect the wellbeing, health, and lives of many people, interventions are rarely chosen based on scientific evidence. During this class, I will present how latest research in psychology and neuroscience can inform evidence-based conflict resolution.

We will teach you how to:

• work with emotions to optimize conflict resolution

• use insights from mediation research to attract more clients

• induce changes in brain functions that promote social cohesion
