Our Add-On for German Certification is aimed at individuals who have already completed 40 hours of online mediation training and now wish to complete their education to become qualified mediators.
Experience an unforgettable week in Tuscany, followed by an inspiring weekend in Berlin. This is complemented by webinars from Module 4. Please note that as a participant in the Add-On, you will skip the first online block and the first webinars of Module 4. More information can be found here.
BECOME A CERTIFIED MEDIATOR IN GERMANY!
For the German certification, 120 training hours are needed. Completing 40 hours at IM Campus leaves only 80 hours required for eligibility as a certified mediator in Germany.
*If you started your training after 1 March 2024 130 hours are needed. Please contact us to receive a tailor made offer.
Once you have completed the training, the mediation, written reflection and supervision you are a “certified mediator” according to German law. This certification also comes with a university certificate.
The course fee covers the 80 hours mediation course.
90 min meeting with an experienced mediator and supervisor to reflect on the mediation conducted.
Mediate a real case.
A written reflection on the mediated case.

Alexandra Kieffer is a certified mediator with a background of peace and conflict studies and responsible for international networks and training and happy to answer all your questions.
Seylendra Steiner holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, and International Relations. She is currently pursuing an M.A. in Development Studies with a focus on conflicts. At IMC, she is responsible for the coordination and management of courses.
