Meet Xiao Wang (Oscar)

I became familiarised with Mediation when my former employer: the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office sent me on a training offered by CMP Resolutions. I was certified by the City and Guilds of London Institute as a Professional Workplace Mediator in 2021.

Despite challenges, I often find it satisfying when I am able to use my skills and experience to enable parties in conflicts to find understanding, resolution and even peace. For me, this is the value and meaning of Mediation.

I offer Mediation in both Chinese and English language, Mediation training and cross-cultural communications, especially in “China meets the West” settings.
