Hilal Çalkın is a lawyer registered in the Izmir Bar Association since 1988 and a mediator registered in the Mediators Registry under the Ministry of Justice since 2013
Qualification
- Her legal practice focuses on Labor Law, Bank &, Finance Law, Insurance Law, Commercial Law, Family Law, and she is a mediator and educator in the same fields.
- She has GMN Global Mediators &, Negotiators (IMI Turkey) Mediation Accreditation Training and Educator Supervision and Professional Negotiation certificates.
- She became a mediation instructor by attending the Trainer Training organized by Mediation Department under Ministry of Justice and the Family Mediation training organized by the same.
- She is one of the authors and trainers in practice sessions of master training on Banking and Finance Mediation.
- She is a trainer in Basic Mediation and Master Mediation trainings in many Universities and Institutions in Turkey.
- She acts as a moderator / facilitator in the trainings and workshops conducted by the Mediation Department under Ministry of Justice in various cities of Turkey.
