Bio

Fidana is a SIMI- and SMC-accredited mediator practicing since 2013, with experience in commercial, workplace, family business, and cross-border disputes. She has mediated over 300 cases online and in-person for private companies, international organisations, and diplomatic missions across diverse legal and cultural environments. Her mediation approach combines facilitative and evaluative techniques, tailored to parties’ needs and the nature of each case, and she is recognised for her skillful use of questions to guide dialogue.

She serves as an external workplace mediator at the Asian Development Bank and is Founder of the Centre for Mediation and Negotiation, advancing professional mediation standards and institutional mediation frameworks internationally.

Fidana is listed on the mediation panels of approximately ten international institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC), among others. She has designed mediation frameworks for international arbitration courts and mediation centers and has supported the integration of mediation culture within banking systems and international organisations.

An international trainer and mediation coach with International Mediation Campus / CONSENSUS GROUP (Germany), she regularly serves as mediator and assessor at leading competitions, including the ICC Mediation Competition in Paris and the CDRC Vienna Mediation and Negotiation Competition.

She is a Senior Weinstein JAMS International Fellow, (USA, 2018). She is committed to promoting mediation worldwide.
