Dr. Audrey Jean Allen is a leader, educator, mediator and author with extensive expertise in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Emotional Intelligence. She is a Director of Human Resource and Administration and founder of a consultancy focused on leadership development, mediation and organizational growth.
As a Certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Assessor and Coach, psychometrist and certified mediator (gazetted by the Chief Justice of Jamaica and IMC qualified), she supports individuals and organizations in managing conflict constructively and building resilient, high-performing teams.
Dr. Allen holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Training. She is also an adjunct lecturer at the University of the West Indies, where she focuses on emotional intelligence, leadership and practical application.
Her work is driven by a strong commitment to empowering people, strengthening collaboration and creating sustainable organizational impact.
