Meet Ben Giaretta

I am a counsel, arbitrator and mediator, specialising in international commercial dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration and mediation). I advise companies and individuals on their commercial disputes.

I’ve worked on disputes in many different countries, across Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. Currently based in London as a Commercial Disputes Partner and Co-Head of International Arbitration at Fox Williams LLP, I was based in Singapore as a partner (and Head of International Arbitration in Asia) at an international firm from 2009 to 2016. In Who’s Who Legal I’m identified as a Thought Leader and a Global Leader, and in Legal 500 I'm a Leading Individual. I'm also recommended for international arbitration in Chambers and Expert Guides.

I’ve also worked on cases at all levels of the English court system and have advised clients on strategy in litigation in other countries.
