Conflicts Around Us: Workplaces

We experience conflicts in three fundamental locations; internally (personally), relationally (socially), environmentally (systemically). Each profoundly impacts the quality of our lives, our personal capacity, our ability to collaborate. Each of them interacts in complex and subtle ways with each other. And each is a potential source for transformation. Yet we pay little attention to environmental aspects of conflict. What can be done to improve our ability to transform conflict culture in workplaces? We will discuss possible roots, statistical impacts and tools for transformation.
