Accredited Online Mediation Training

I had thought that I already knew about mediation as a lawyer. Nevertheless, with IMC, I experienced explorations that I had not previously considered in every session.

I liked how flexible IMC’s training was: anyone at any age and profession can take part to learn about mediation and gain experience. It has changed my whole perception and experience of conflict. I am so glad that I can see a career for myself in this field!

I was initially doubtful of using an online platform for a mediator training as I was not sure how we could practice the taught skills throughout the course in this manner. However, this was not the case at all, IMC’s international training worked so well!

Having a diverse team of participants and especially the trainers coming from every place in the world, means they have their own ideas and points of view about mediation and this gave us a really wide variety of ideas to adopt for when we become mediators in the future.

Trends in Jamaica moved to include pre-trial & online mediation with nuanced standards of practice. IMC's response is its international online training, live online & self-paced courses. The training combined convenience, cost-savings & adaptability with technology to practice effectively globally.

The team of trainers and program developers at IMC did a great job consolidating our team’s understanding of the dynamics of conflict and how to appropriately manage it. It was such a privilege to meet such a wonderful group of people. Varied and exciting topic modules, carried out by very competent trainers with diverse backgrounds, have made mediation training a great pleasure. The self-study training sessions made the program super flexible.

I really enjoyed being part of an international class with teachers/trainers from different national backgrounds. This was inspiring for me as whilst I don’t know where I want to live in the future, I now have an international network and know that I can practice mediation anywhere in the world.

I was looking for a course that could provide me knowledge as well as a certificate with which I could start working and IMC fulfilled these criteria!
