Trained as a Mediator? What Next?
As an IMC trained mediator, you become part of an international network of mediators.
By joining our global community, you get to meet other mediators, exchange ideas and best practices and participate in activites and events including but not limtied to; research projects, co-mediation partners, further international certifications, opportunities to cooperate with the IMC team in international, national, local projects, and become an IMC ambassador.
Having a diverse team of participants and especially the trainers coming from every place in the world, means they have their own ideas and points of view about mediation and this gave us a really wide variety of ideas to adopt for when we become mediators in the future.
IMC’s mediator training was 20 weeks of constant learning! The support given to us throughout the course was highly notable and all the modules were well connected: we knew that with each module, we were building on the knowledge of the previous one in a very constructive manner.
Being an IMCampus alumnus is one of my greatest achievements. I was given the opportunity to sublime my mediation skills thanks to professional and skilled mediators; but most of all IMCampus helped me to broaden my horizon becoming the "consensus bridger" that I am now.
Theoretical issues will be discussed in the universities! It's time to work on soft skills that you can't find in the books. Learning and gaining those skills will affect your career path as a lawyer or legal expert. Besides, you'll be in touch with professionals all around the world.
I had thought that I already knew about mediation as a lawyer. Nevertheless, with IMC, I experienced explorations that I had not previously considered in every session.
From the perspective of a student, my takeaway was, within this course, that it is not enough for you to study books alone. You have to do real practical sessions and the practices that we had in this training during these three months were really, really helpful for me.
The teaching staff was very diverse, knowledgeable, and experienced. I found the course to be very informative and enjoyable – time just flew by! I also highly appreciate how IMC’s fair pricing system makes this training accessible for individuals with different economic backgrounds.
Being part of IM Campus was an enriching opportunity actually it was an outstanding adventure. I was able to learn new techniques, improve my mediation skills & most of all made new friends from all over the globe. PROUD TO BE AN IMCAMPUS ALUMNI.
I can’t think of one day where there wasn’t a direct clash with between IMC’s training sessions and my university classes. At the end, I skipped my university classes and instead joined the training sessions every single time because I learned so much more at IMC!
Watching the mediators mediate is something missing in the market and IMC fulfils this!
