Esther Omam from Cameroon, one of our participants at our international mediation training, is one of the finalists for the prestigious global award, given each year to a woman peacebuilder who has made a major contribution to peace in her country – the Women Building Peace Award by the United States Institute of Peace.
The recipient of this year’s award will be announced at a ceremony on October 20, 2021, at USIP’s iconic campus on the National Mall in Washington D.C.
