Meet Meet Maria Kulas

Maria Kulas is a Franco-Polish certified mediator, facilitator and executive coach with nearly 20 years of international experience in procurement and high-stakes negotiation across the luxury, tourism, automotive and media sectors. An EMBA graduate of ESCP Business School, she founded “Cours de Négociation” to help professionals develop practical negotiation skills, strengthen communication and make clear, confident decisions.

Her background in purchasing sharpened her understanding of negotiation strategy, influence dynamics and complex exchange management. Over time, this expertise evolved into a deeper focus on mediation — the space where dialogue replaces positioning, and sustainable resolution becomes possible.

As a trainer in mediation and conflict competence, Maria teaches structured processes that help professionals set clear boundaries, navigate conflict constructively and build emotional intelligence. Her additional specialization in Ayurvedic psychology enriches her work with insights into thought patterns and emotional regulation.
