I really liked the course, it was rich and practical
Trends in Jamaica moved to include pre-trial & online mediation with nuanced standards of practice. IMC's response is its international online training, live online & self-paced courses. The training combined convenience, cost-savings & adaptability with technology to practice effectively globally.
Being an IMCampus alumnus is one of my greatest achievements. I was given the opportunity to sublime my mediation skills thanks to professional and skilled mediators; but most of all IMCampus helped me to broaden my horizon becoming the "consensus bridger" that I am now.
It was such a privilege to meet such a wonderful group of people. Varied and exciting topic modules, carried out by very competent trainers with diverse backgrounds, have made mediation training a great pleasure. The self-study training sessions made the program super flexible.
If you decide to take a course at IM Campus, you should be ready to:
- a high-level organization of the IMC team
- be taught by highly professional Mediators with a worldwide reputation
- make friends with your classmates
- get additional webinars as a bonus
- injoy the cource
From the perspective of a student, my takeaway was, within this course, that it is not enough for you to study books alone. You have to do real practical sessions and the practices that we had in this training during these three months were really, really helpful for me.
I can’t think of one day where there wasn’t a direct clash with between IMC’s training sessions and my university classes. At the end, I skipped my university classes and instead joined the training sessions every single time because I learned so much more at IMC!
I was initially doubtful of using an online platform for a mediator training as I was not sure how we could practice the taught skills throughout the course in this manner. However, this was not the case at all, IMC’s international training worked so well!
I was looking for a course that could provide me knowledge as well as a certificate with which I could start working and IMC fulfilled these criteria!
The teaching staff was very diverse, knowledgeable, and experienced. I found the course to be very informative and enjoyable – time just flew by! I also highly appreciate how IMC’s fair pricing system makes this training accessible for individuals with different economic backgrounds.
IMC presents a huge spectrum of the field of mediation with an enriching variety of speakers, approaches, thoughts, and insights along with simulations that range from family to peace negotiations!
I liked how flexible IMC’s training was: anyone at any age and profession can take part to learn about mediation and gain experience. It has changed my whole perception and experience of conflict. I am so glad that I can see a career for myself in this field!
