IMC’s mediator training was 20 weeks of constant learning! The support given to us throughout the course was highly notable and all the modules were well connected: we knew that with each module, we were building on the knowledge of the previous one in a very constructive manner.

Trends in Jamaica moved to include pre-trial & online mediation with nuanced standards of practice. IMC's response is its international online training, live online & self-paced courses. The training combined convenience, cost-savings & adaptability with technology to practice effectively globally.

The team of trainers and program developers at IMC did a great job consolidating our team’s understanding of the dynamics of conflict and how to appropriately manage it. I liked how flexible IMC’s training was: anyone at any age and profession can take part to learn about mediation and gain experience. It has changed my whole perception and experience of conflict. I am so glad that I can see a career for myself in this field!

Theoretical issues will be discussed in the universities! It's time to work on soft skills that you can't find in the books. Learning and gaining those skills will affect your career path as a lawyer or legal expert. Besides, you'll be in touch with professionals all around the world.

Being an IMCampus alumnus is one of my greatest achievements. I was given the opportunity to sublime my mediation skills thanks to professional and skilled mediators; but most of all IMCampus helped me to broaden my horizon becoming the "consensus bridger" that I am now.

I really enjoyed being part of an international class with teachers/trainers from different national backgrounds. This was inspiring for me as whilst I don’t know where I want to live in the future, I now have an international network and know that I can practice mediation anywhere in the world.

Having a diverse team of participants and especially the trainers coming from every place in the world, means they have their own ideas and points of view about mediation and this gave us a really wide variety of ideas to adopt for when we become mediators in the future.
