The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, a Tier-1 law school in India is proud to host the 4th NUJS Mediation Competition. The completely student-run Alternative Dispute Resolution Society undertakes all responsibilities and duties relating to this competition. The efforts of the organisational committee made the 3rd edition a grand success. The 4th, and latest edition of this competition is another step towards bringing ADR to students and professionals around the world. The organisational committee is dedicated to achieving the same standards this year as well. The three day-long virtual event shall take place from 11th-13th March 2022. This year’s NUJS MC shall be working alongside a number of national, and international collaborators that share similar goals of popularising ADR within dispute resolution circles. This competition also provides a platform for budding mediators and negotiators to display their talents and further the Alternative Dispute Resolution spirit. In furtherance of the same, the NUJS ADR Society is proud to be hosting teams from distinguished national, and international universities across the globe.
